    These are perfect for my knitting projects. These work like large coil-less safety pins in my knitting where I have unfinished stitches that need to be secured until they can be reformed or contained in an edging. Use these to hold edge stitches of panel for afghans, etc. that are going to be latched together.

    Large stitch markers

    These were perfect for my purpose. I am knitting a complicated item that has regular repeats but also large needles (U.S.13-15). My regular stitch markers wouldn’t go around the needles. I tried making some out of contrasting yarn but they would get “lost” in the stitches. These fit around my needles and we’re easy to avoid knitting into my project.

    Must have for chunky yarns

    I have recently fallen in love with chunky yarns and these are amazing for those type projects. No forcing yarn into tiny stitch markers. These would accommodate those jumbo size 7 yarns!

    I like the flexible plastic. They are easy to open. The cheap hard plastic markers snap and break.

    I like the rounded tip. The cheap markers have a sharp tip which tends to split the yarn when inerting into the stitch.

    The larger size is easier to open.
